Why “Letting Go”?
In my twenties, I began letting go of the things around me after becoming ill. That experience taught me that living with fewer possessions could make both my mind and body feel lighter.
After that, I gradually began making changes to the way I lived—what I wore, what I ate, and how I lived at home—with the hope of improving my health.
My health steadily improved as a result.
But eventually, I reached a plateau.
No matter how carefully I lived or how much I tried to do what I thought was best for my health, I couldn’t seem to get any better.
In fact, I began to feel worse.
“Something isn’t right…”
That was when I realized that I also needed to let go of things I was carrying inside.
In my mid-thirties, I decided to stop for a moment and take a deeper look at myself.
I began to notice how many things I had been unconsciously carrying in my mind—attachment, assumptions, anxiety, dissatisfaction, anger, guilt, and more.
Each time I let go of one of these things, I felt a little more free. And, naturally, I began to feel energy welling up from within.
Little by little, I became better able to appreciate and take care of the things that truly mattered to me.
I also discovered what I genuinely wanted to do with my life.
To live a healthy and fulfilling life, both “how we live” and “how we approach life” matter.
I share what I have learned through my own experiences, along with practical ways of putting these ideas into practice, and provide a space where we can work together to bring greater balance and lightness to both mind and body.
If I can help you take a closer look at yourself and make your mind or body feel even a little lighter…
That is my wish.
The Philosophy of “Letting Go”
A plant begins as a seed. It sprouts, grows, flowers, and eventually bears fruit.
This is simply the way nature works. A plant is naturally designed to grow in this way.
In fact, our bodies and our everyday lives work in much the same way.
Our bodies have an innate ability to heal.
Even when something goes wrong, the body is naturally designed to move toward recovery.
For a long time, however, I forgot this. I tried to cure my illness through my own efforts, experimenting with different treatments and constantly trying harder to “do something.”
But things rarely went the way I wanted.
I would get angry, cry, become impatient, and blame myself.
Looking back, I realize that I was actually getting in the way of my body’s natural healing process.
I simply didn’t trust my own body.
After struggling for quite some time, I finally realized that my body is a part of nature, and that I could simply surrender to the “power of nature”—the body’s own natural ability to heal.
I still clearly remember the feeling of my shoulders suddenly becoming lighter.
This became the turning point that led me to let go of the belief that I had to “work hard and heal myself through my own strength,” and instead embrace a way of living that allows me to “trust and surrender to the power of nature.”
I named this approach the Seed & Grow Method and now share it as a way to help people create the life they truly want to live.
The Seed & Grow Method
① Clarify your desire (= the seed)
② Let go of the burdens on your mind and body (= weeds and pests) that get in the way of your desire growing
③ Fill yourself with good feelings (= give yourself sunlight, water, and nourishment)
④ Trust and wait (= there is always a time lag between planting a seed and seeing it bear fruit)
⑤ Create a system (= repeat steps 1–4)
I offer a three-month program in which you can experience the entire process from beginning to end.
What Happens in the Online Course?
The course is based on dialogue. Together, we work through exercises designed to help you take a deeper look at yourself.
Through a variety of questions, these exercises help you gain a better understanding of yourself and create opportunities to find your own way forward.
I believe that there is true value in the things you discover for yourself and the things that you genuinely come to understand and accept.
That is why I do not simply give you the “right answers.”
Instead, through our conversations, I help you find the answers that already exist within you.
In addition to our conversations on Zoom, you can also communicate with me by email about your everyday experiences, questions, and concerns.
By putting into words not only what you learn in the course, but also what you notice and experience in your daily life, you may begin to see your true self more clearly.
This Course Is Recommended for Those Who…
- Feel completely exhausted, both mentally and physically…
- Have little emotional room and find themselves getting irritated with themselves or others…
- Want to make a change but don’t know where to start…
- Don’t know what they truly want to do…
- Don’t feel like they are really living their life…
- Have difficulty expressing what they truly feel…
- Feel that the more seriously they try to live, the harder life becomes…
- Feel suffocated by all the “shoulds” and “musts” in their lives…
These were all things I experienced myself. 😂

- You have more emotional space and can genuinely be there for the people who matter to you.
- You feel ready to try new things and take on challenges.
- You discover what you truly want to do.

In this course, we explore yourself from many different perspectives and put the practice of letting go into action.
Feeling unwell or exhausted—mentally or physically—may be a sign that something needs to be let go of.
If you find yourself thinking:
“I don’t even know how to face myself in the first place.”
or
“It’s difficult to face myself on my own.”
I provide a safe and supportive space where you can learn and put these ideas into practice at your own pace.
