One-on-One Session

When you put your thoughts into words, your mind begins to feel more organized.

What is happening right now?

What would you like to see happen?

What can you do to move toward it?

First, tell me what’s on your mind.

    ● What People Have Said About the One-on-One Sessions

・I had so many things I wanted to do that my thoughts were constantly going around in circles. Talking things through helped me organize all the thoughts and confusion in my head.

・I realized that I had been thinking too much and relying more on my head than listening to my heart.

・I realized that my thoughts had been consumed by things I was worried about, so I decided to spend more time doing things that genuinely excite me.

・As we talked, I realized that I had simply convinced myself that I didn’t have enough time.

・By focusing on what I do have, I realized that I actually have a lot more time for myself than I thought.

・The words “It’s okay to take just one small step” really stayed with me. I came to realize that if I keep taking small steps, I’ll look back one day and see that I’ve actually made great progress.

・Looking back on my journey while talking with Tanu helped me realize that I had actually come much further than I thought. It was such a relief.

・I used to think that “letting go” simply meant decluttering physical possessions. I learned that letting go of limiting beliefs and thought patterns can also make life feel lighter.

・I realized that there are things I can do. I had been trying to hit a home run instead of simply taking things one small step at a time.
