Hello!
At the age of 24, I developed psoriatic osteoarticular disorder associated with palmoplantar pustulosis, and later I was also diagnosed with multiple chemical sensitivity. At one point, it became difficult for me even to get out of bed.
I also had severe allergies, and as I began reducing my belongings as a way to deal with dust, I realized that having fewer things made both my mind and body feel lighter.
My life became very simple, and before I knew it, I was living what could be described as a minimalist lifestyle.
While trying various treatments, I came to feel the need to fundamentally rebalance my body, and that was when I encountered natural therapies.
Since I had been pushing myself all along trying to heal on my own, the thought of “just returning to nature is enough” helped me let go of tension, and I still remember how my heart suddenly felt much lighter.
Even so, there were times when I would unknowingly tense up again.
Because I took things so seriously, my mind would become rigid, and ironically this often made my physical condition worse…
As I repeated this cycle, I began to realize how greatly the mind affects the body, and I also became interested in the way we hold our thoughts and attitudes.
On this website, I share honestly the ideas and practices I have learned and applied over the past 15 years to lighten both mind and body through simple approaches to clothing, food, and living, as well as ways of thinking.
I would be happy if even one small idea here could be helpful to you.
I also offer online private consultations (for women only, paid service),
so please feel free to reach out about your physical health, mental well-being, or life in general!
