🌿 Why “Letting Go”?
In my 20s, I began letting go of physical possessions after facing illness,
and I discovered that living more simply made both my mind and body feel lighter.
After that, I continued to gradually improve my lifestyle—clothing, food, and shelter—
with the strong desire to restore my health.
As a result, my physical condition improved significantly.
However…
At some point, I reached a plateau.
No matter how “ideal” my lifestyle became,
I could no longer improve my health beyond a certain point.
In fact, I even began to feel unwell again.
Something wasn’t right.
That was when I realized: I also needed to let go mentally.
In my mid-30s, I paused and took time to deeply reflect on myself.
I discovered that I had been unconsciously holding on to many things inside—
attachment, beliefs, anxiety, dissatisfaction, anger, guilt, and more.
Of course, I couldn’t let everything go all at once.
The first step was simply to notice what was within me
by listening carefully to my inner voice.
Once I became aware of it,
I naturally gained the choice to keep it or let it go.
And with each small act of letting go,
I felt my mind become lighter—and energy return.
Now, I feel healthier and more alive
than when I was pushing myself through discipline and effort. (laugh)
To live a healthy and peaceful life,
it is important to care for the basics—clothing, food, and shelter.
But I have also come to deeply realize
that releasing mental burdens through “letting go” is just as essential.
🌿 What is the “Letting Go Academy”?
The Letting Go Academy is an online program
where you practice letting go through guided work and dialogue,
and explore how to live the life you truly desire.

We offer two courses:
Basic and Advanced
You may join the Basic course on its own.
🌱 Basic (Women Only)
- 60-minute Zoom sessions, twice a month × 6 sessions
- Duration: approx. 3 months
- Fee: ¥30,000

🌱 Advanced (For those who completed Basic)
- 60-minute Zoom sessions, twice a month × 6 sessions
- Duration: approx. 3 months

Focus:
- Advanced, practical application based on the Basic foundation
During each session, we begin with an explanation of “letting go,”
and then work together on exercises to apply it in real life.
You will also have access to a private online group
where you can ask questions and share your experiences anytime.
This is a safe, members-only space
where you can freely express yourself.
